Not at all! When you purchase a device, we at Robotic Algometry will deliver it to you, set it up for you, and get you started using it. After we leave it with you, we'll provide remote support to assist with any software or hardware questions/issues you may have.

Robotic Algometry is taking orders now, as we finalize some technical details before delivering the device. Our first deliveries are scheduled for October and November 2025. After that, we will deliver devices approximately 8 weeks after an order is received.

The cost varies depending on the testing modalities you want to include and the level of automation you choose. Please get in touch with us to discuss your needs and receive a quote.

We will provide you with a full system that includes a computer and our software already installed and ready-to-go so that RAMalgo can do everything you need it to do.
